Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead our operational strategies and drive efficiency across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in process improvement, project management, and business development. This role is critical in ensuring that our operations align with the company’s goals while maximizing profitability and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Spring (February – August)

· Will be team leader in agronomy plant at MC

· Responsible for inventory management at MC plant

· Will mainly be running load board mixing fertilizer in season

· Assisting in the execution of load delivery process

· Responsible for plant maintenance and cleanliness of facility

· Other duties as directed by senior management

Fall (September – January)

· Will be team leader in grain drying and unloading process

· Assist in unloading grain, grain testing and grading

· Assist in preventative maintenance of grain systems

· Responsible for cleaning and following safety protocols

· Other duties as directed by senior management

Experience

• Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity..
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience supervising teams.
• Solid understanding of profit and loss management principles.
• Strategic planning experience with the ability to develop actionable plans based on business needs.
• Familiarity with business development strategies and sales processes is preferred.
