o Ensure fans are run under favorable conditions
o Monitor bin temps, scents, and movement
o Work with management team to ensure no grain is thrown away by blending off any out of condition or mixed grain
o Mix and blend to minimize shrink
Equipment Maintenance
o Ensure maintenance log is consistently completed and filled out
o Ensure vehicles and machinery are maintained
Property Maintenance
o Overall site cleanliness
o Lawn mow and string trim
o Weeds sprayed
o Snow removal
Detail Oriented
o Scale tickets accurately completed
Proper Operation
o Understanding and proper usage of equipment on site
Professionalism
o Respectful interactions
o Present positive portrayal of company
Communication
o Communicate grain levels with manager to allow logistical arrangement before bins fill
o Communicate specific ticket instructions to accounting when appropriate

o Maintain a positive attitude at all times (especially when others are discouraged)
o Bring any concerns/conflicts with coworkers to manager instead of peers
