Automotive Parts Specialist – Abbotsford, WI
River Country Co-op in Abbotsford, WI is looking to hire an experienced Automotive Parts Specialist for their NAPA store located in Abbotsford. This position is part time and will work on average 25 – 30 hours per week.
Candidates must have a valid drivers license.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare accurate price quotes
· Make every effort to locate needed parts
· Handle parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly
· Assist with inventory, receiving, stocking, and shipping
· Assist customers to identify exactly the right part for the make, model and year of their vehicle
· Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the parts counter, work area, and stock room
· Maintain accurate work records
· Assist in the daily maintenance of the retail space
· Assist in filling propane
· Assist in deliveries when needed
Requirements for an Automotive Parts Specialist candidate include but are not limited to:
· A positive attitude
· Must have computer proficiency to look up and enter data
· Excellent communication skills
· Must be friendly and well organized
· Must work well with others in a team setting
· Must possess ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized
· Bending, stretching, standing and reaching
· Lifting up to 50 lbs.
· Utilizing physical and manual dexterity
· Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record that meets our insurance standards
· Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
· Previous parts advisor experience, preferred
· Understand basic automotive components and systems

2nd Shift Deli Associate – Holcombe, WI
River Country Co-op in Holcombe, WI is looking to hire a Deli Associate.
This position have hours of 1 PM to 9 PM with rotating weekends.
Job duties:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, energetic Deli Associate. Must have great communication skills, teamwork, and excel at customer service! Our goal is to offer a positive and fun atmosphere for all of our customers to enjoy.
- Responsible for preparing food properly, cooking food, serving food and discarding expired food products.
- Responsible for recognizing ways to reduce food waste and utilization of leftovers.
- Enforce sanitation practices, keeping deli clean at all times
