River Country Co-op is seeking a Mill Production Worker based out of their Athens, WI location.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Ø Assist mill controller with hand adds

Ø Load semi and quad trucks with manufactured feed

Ø Assisting customer Pick up

Ø Accurately pulling and preparing hand adds

Ø Assist with bagging feed and ingredients

Ø Cleaning warehouse and mill

Ø Assist with unloading rail car

Ø Follow all safety procedures and report any safety issues to management

Ø Assist other company departments as needed

Qualifications and Skills

Ø Must be able to work in a variety of conditions (warm and cold)

Ø Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs

Ø Must be able to work in dusty environment

Ø Possess a positive attitude toward co-workers and customers

Ø Servant heart towards others
