River Country Co-op has an opening in its Management Training Program.
This training program is designed for those individuals whose goals are to become a senior VP manager or a CEO of a multi-complex Cooperative. The program is approximately 12 months in length acclimated to give hands on work experience and management training skills in Convenience Stores, Hospitality, Restaurants, Auto Parts stores, Feed, Grain, Agronomy and Logistics along with financial training in accounting. Candidate will spend approximately 12 weeks in each division learning the operational functions while assisting hands on as needed to gain experience in each area.
Candidate requirements must have attained or will have earned a BS/BA degree, be able to pass tests for chemical application and Wis CDL. Candidate must be able to travel off-site for training and development schools through the course of the year.
