2022 Credit Department Internship
Summer Internship opportunity to work in Credit Department at our Owen, Wi Corporate Office.
Job description
· Assist in underwriting and onboarding of new consumer and business accounts
o Credit bureau pulls
o Court record searches
o Credit references
o Manage credit application work flow to department standards
o Communication of new account set up with RCC Departments
o Assist in account set up on computer system
o File documentation and retention on computer system
· Assist in account maintenance of existing accounts
o Contact information
o Credit line monitoring and maintenance
o Duplicate account maintenance
· Customer service in credit and office complex in Owen
o Answering phone customer questions regarding invoices and payments
o Responding to customer emails on credit
· Assist with collection of select lower balance past due accounts
o Calls
o Letter
o Emails
o Court files
o Collection agency placements and audit
· Assist promoting home heating budget program via phone contact with select customers
· Assist in marketing of electronic statements and invoices
· Willingness to learn from others on the job
· Other projects and tasks as assigned
Degree Programs Considered

Program criteria
· Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
· Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
· Must be able to complete a minimum 12-week commitment beginning in May, 2022
· Must be able to complete 40 hours per week
Compensation and Benefits
· Hourly rate commensurate with experience
