Primary Purpose:
Employees must possess the following hospitality skills: friendly personality, good communications skills, and the ability to work well with others and provide quality services to the guest.

Responsibilities:
*Present menu, answers questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
*Writes order on check or memorizes it
*Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars
*Garnishes and decorates dishes preparatory to serving
*Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed
*Totals bill and accepts payment
*Maintains buffet as determined by management
*Clears and resets tables at conclusion to each course
*Follows company guidelines concerning proper steps of service

Others:
