Full Time day 5am to 3pm Brenda Ross
Part Time night 3pm to 11pm (close)
Includes weekdays and weekends
Primary Purpose:
Prepare dishes according to recipe requirements. Keep kitchen and station clean, performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
*Works cooperatively with others and accepts direction from supervisors.
*Complete orders, placing food on plates to be served to customers
*Cheerfully interacts with customers and vendors.
*Cleans and maintains store areas, sanitizes station thought the shift (includes sweeping and mopping).
*Effectively interacts with Manager, fellow employees.
*Grill, cook and fry foods.
*Responsible for using the correct partitions when cutting, preparing, and serving items.
*Performs all other tasks as directed by the manager.
Others:
Must physically able to lift up to 50lb. Requires long periods of time standing, frequent bending, twisting and reaching. Working with sharp utensils, and hot cooking equipment
